How Taco Week Works

$2.50 TACOS SPECIALS FROM INDIANAPOLIS’S MOST DELICIOUS RESTAURANTS

Indianapolis Taco Week is seven days of paying homage to all things taco, a culinary favorite we all know and love. Each participating restaurant will serve up their own spin on the taco—from classic choices to secret menu specialties and more.

Let the Taco Week app take you on an Indianapolis exploration; map out your week, try new restaurants, challenge your taste buds, and share your experiences on social media with fellow Cincinnati taco lovers.

How It Works

1. Get the Taco Week app

2. Choose a participating restaurant to dine-in during Taco Week

3. While you're at the restaurant, use the app to check in. You'll earn points towards being the Biggest Taco Lover in Indianapolis!

Check in to FOUR restaurants during the week to be entered into a drawing to win the Indianapolis Taco Week grand prize.

The person with the most points accrued at the end of the week will be declared the Biggest Taco Lover in Indianapolis!

Taco Week Commandments

Indianapolis Taco Week creates such strong, lusty, even insane feelings that we decided it needed its own little manifesto. Please read on...

1. THEY COULD RUN OUT

We expect that the restaurants will be extremely busy. So, if a place runs out toward the end of a shift, handle it like an adult, go back the next day (earlier), order your taco special and thank them for working hard. Please be nice to our restaurants.

2. THERE COULD BE WAITS

The excitement for Indianapolis Taco Week has been building! Don't be surprised if restaurants have waits. In fact, be surprised if they don't.

3. YOU WILL TIP LIKE A PRO…AND BE KIND

Special prices (ahem, $2.50 tacos) bring out the frugal in all of us, but, really, you’re getting a $5+ taco (many restaurants go way overboard with ingredients, trying to outdo each other), so please tip generously. A kind word will also be welcome—these people are our friends and neighbors.

4. YOU REALLY SHOULD BUY A DRINK AND/OR OTHER FOOD

The purchase of sides and extras is not a requirement (minimum of three tacos per order required). But we think it says a lot to those working hard to bring you an extraordinary experience. Grab some guacamole, queso, chips & salsa, and a cocktail, and say thanks!

5. USE SOCIAL MEDIA

Snap a photo of those delicious tacos and share your experiences with us! Don’t forget to tag @indytacoweek and use #IndyTacoWeek. Also, restaurants will be encouraged to post their waits and remaining burgers for the day, so follow your favorites.

6. DINE-IN (CARRY-OUT OPTIONS MAY VARY)

These tacos are amazing deals. Many restaurants make their offerings dine-in only unless otherwise noted. (And carry-out may be subject to a surcharge depending on the restaurant’s policy.) Please check with the individual restaurant if you plan on carrying out.
